Changemaker Companies requested a UI design for a support site to help participants resolve technical issues across three products—Challenges, Courses, and Stories—through an intuitive FAQ library.
To address the challenge of simplifying and enhancing a vast FAQ library, we introduced Spark, a friendly chatbot mascot. Spark welcomes visitors and guides them confidently through the content, making the support site visually appealing and user-friendly.
